Policy Guidelines
Deposit Requirement
To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required. This deposit will be refunded on the next business day after your first appointment is completed, provided there are no policy violations.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance, including in cases of illness. If you notify us less than 48 hours before your appointment, a $50 fee will be charged, and your deposit will not be refunded. This policy applies to all students, both new and returning. For returning students with a card on file, the $50 fee will be charged to that card if notice is not given at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy for Last-Minute Appointments
If you schedule an appointment less than 48 hours before the appointment time, please note that this appointment cannot be canceled or rescheduled after booking, as the cancellation window has passed.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show for your appointment, we kindly inform you that the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
